    Additionally, managing the day-to-day leasing activity in the Dubai office for all Exclusive Leasing inventory.

    This primarily relates to units within residential Property Management Assets (we have in excess of 4,000 residential units under Management), but also some assets which we provide Exclusive Leasing in isolation of Property Management.

    Overseeing team P&L, monitoring expenditure and financial income.

    Day to day management of all Leasing staff based within the assigned office, ensuring targets are met or exceeded from a personal and team perspective.

    Full awareness and understanding of local market/dedicated areas.
    Ensure effective management of the applicant process and enquiries.
    Provision of comparative market analysis for assets to guide clients on valuations as required.
