    Job Title:Oracle HRMS Payroll Consultant

    JobSummary

    To provide productionsupport for Oracle Fusion HCM Clouse application PaaS and SaaScomponents and to cater feasible functionality enhancement to thesemodules.

    Main Accountabilities

    • Support Oracle FusionHRMS on all Technical configuration resolving issues correction andupdates.
    • Release upgrades and maintenance patchactivities in Oracle Fusion HCM
    • Manage theoutofthebox integration and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM andPaaS
    • Manage Cloud services as an Administratorfor HCM Cloud
    • Develop and maintain MIS reportusing BI and OTBI reports
    • Configure andmaintain the rolebased access security using securityconsoles
    • Support monthly payrollactivities
    • Ensure quality in all enhancementdeliverables and daytoday support activities inHR
    • Liaison with Oracle HRMS implementationpartners for any feasibility study pending deliveries bug fixingand transitions
    • Responsible for liaising withOracle support via support site and conference calls for anyproduct bugs and enhancements
    • Setup maintenanceof transaction approval and auditmechanism

    QualificationsSkills & Experience

    IT disciplinegraduate

    • Minimum 5years experience in Fusion HCM and Oracleproducts
    • Exposure to systems processes andcontrols related to Branch and Centraloperations.

    PreferredQualifications Skills &Experience

    • Experiencein working in support projects
    • Ability todeliver in demanding situations withdeadline
