    JobSummary:

    TheSales Associate team member will part of a dynamic and fast pacedenvironment following the company culture of YES, WE CAN Thisindividual is responsible for quoting and closing pallet rackingsystem sales opportunity leads generated from internet queries,phone calls, walk-ins andprospecting.
    A minimum of 5 10 years material handling or pallet rack experienceisrequired.

    SupervisoryResponsibilities:

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Interactwith customers, offering assistance and responding to queries aboutrefurbished pallet rackingsystems
    • Provide written quoteswithin 24 hours on refurbished racking system pricing to interestedcustomers
    • Follow the sales quotingprocess procedures
    • Provide rackingsystem recommendations according to customer needs orpreferences
    • Work closely with theOperations team to ensure the delivery date ismet
    • Team up with project managers tofacilitate the delivery and installation of racking systemprojects
    • Document all sales byupdating CRM records, building relationships, and performingconsistent follow ups with active and prospectivecustomers
    • Follow direction from theSales Manager and seek assistance in the help of closingprojects.
    • Report on a regular basisthe monthly sales goals and any special promotionstatus.

    RequiredSkills/Abilities:

    • Excellentverbal and written communicationskills.
    • Excellent sales andnegotiation skills.
    • Thorough understandingof material handling and pallet rack system componentproducts.
    • Organized withattention to detail.
    • Advanced timemanagement skills
    • Positive YES, WECAN attitude
    • Work with a sense ofurgency

    EducationandExperience:

    • Aminimum of 5 10 years material handling or pallet rack experienceisrequired.
    • Minimum3 years successful business to business salesrecord

    PhysicalRequirements:

    • Mustbe able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
    • Travel to meet withclients or potential clients will be required onoccasion.

Frequent exposure to oils and greases orcoolants. - While performing job duties, the associate willoccasionally sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawland smell. Occasional exposure to wet and/or humid conditions;high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; outsideweather conditions; extreme heat; and vibration. - Specific visionabilities required by this job include close vision, distancevision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and theability to adjust focus.
