    Description
    • Assist with the management of keyelements within the FRS portfolio, being responsible for (but notlimited to), investigations, Fraud Risk Management, global fraudawareness, resource planning and training, and stakeholderengagement.
    • Assist with the development (incollaboration with internal and external stakeholders) of newtechnologies such as automated/digitalised systems that willincrease our capability and efficiency to prevent, detect andrespond to fraud risks/incidents.
    • Assist withthe management and continuous innovation of key components ofFRS' Fraud Awareness objectives, such as (but not limitedto) Train-the-trainer, E-Learning modules, Whistleblowing Hotlinedeployment, Fraud Awareness week/ internal conferences/ videoproductions/ webinars/ podcasts/ online questionnaires, trainingsessions and FRS' Intranetpresence.
    • Assist with the development ofinvestigation strategies and enhance processes enabling the FRSmembers to conduct diligent investigations in accordance withforensically sound methodologies andpractices.
    • Assist with research initiativesfocussed on best practices and quality assurance, that would enableFRS to achieve/maintain its desired level of maturity effectivelyand efficiently (e.g., Benchmarking and External QualityReviews).
    • Assist with /Manage complex fraudinvestigations in accordance with prescribed local andinternational requirements.
    • Assist with /Manageinterviews with stakeholders, perpetrators, and witnesses to gatherinformation and evidence that would be considered admissible underrelevant criminal and civil rules ofevidence.
    • Assist with /Manage the collection ofvarious types of evidence (particularly digital evidence), ensuringthe chain of custody for evidence preservation is maintained inaccordance with forensically sound methodologies andpractices.
    • Assist with /Manage liaison withvarious internal/external legal professionals in instances whereinvestigated allegations are required to progress to civil/criminalproceedings in relevant courts.
    • Communicatewith key stakeholders clearly and effectively during and after aninvestigation to ensure that all issues are addressed, andremediating actions are fullyunderstood.
    • Demonstrate continuous awareness tothe evolution of the DP World Group, emerging fraud risks, theirimpact, and the necessary changes this will have on FRS'processes and strategies, ensuring its continuous alignment withthe fraud risk profile of theorganization.
    • Assist with /Manage the FraudRisk Assessment (FRA) plan, to mitigate key fraud risks within ouruniverse and propose pragmatic recommendations where improvement isrequired.
    • Manage and equip Fraud RiskAssessment teams with tools and resources to conductFRAs.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert oncomplex Fraud Risk Assessments to help the concerned team attainoptimal results.
    • Assist with /Manage delegationof FRS tasks to FRCs and provide on the job training/mentoring asrequired.
    • Assist with the development processfor enhancements that would improve the Case ManagementSystem.
    • Assist with /Manage the effectiveimplementation of the DP World Whistleblowing hotline across allinternational locations and identify new initiatives acceleratethis process.
    • Continuously identify ways tostreamline and enhance the presentation and reporting process ofFRS results (e.g., Investigation reports, Regional/BU updatereports, Monthly and Quarterly Audit Committee updates) to itsstakeholders.
    • Assist with /Manage variousadministrative tasks, such as (but not limited to) Master ServiceAgreements (MSA), budgeting, internal procurementmanagement/evaluation, recruitment, resource managementetc.
    • Responsible for the management andleadership of an engaged team, promoting collaboration and ensuringthat each is developed and evaluated against goals and objectiveswhich are aligned, specific, measurable, attainable yetchallenging, realistic and time bound.
    • Act asan ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting anddemonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DPWorld's Principles, values and culture; ensuring thehighest level of safety is applied in all activities; understandingand following DP World's Code of Conduct and Ethicspolicies.
    • Perform other related duties asassigned.
