Job Overview :

Responsible for the execution of internationallogistics activities (including import / export processes and study/ application of special customs regimes) and national materials toensure the correct handling of loads requested taking into accountthe needs of cost time andquality.

KeyTasks and Responsibilities:

• Raising requisitions basedon Materials Requisition Form (MRF) sent by the equipmentcoordinators technicians and engineers/PMT. This process includesfloating Request for Quotations from the SCM (buyer) gettingcorrect ident codes and later on inputting into appropriate systemused by the respective projects
• Follow up andmake sure the requisition in the system gets approved by PMT andget it assigned to a buyer
• Follow up withbuyer for PO issuance payment status (if it is an advanced paymentthen a series of process to be followed up with Account Payable forreceipt in Oracle MCC etc) and delivery of the purchased stuffsuntil they are received in the PPG shop
• Followup with store man for material receiving status. If not receivethen check with expeditor and traffic team for late delivery
• Make receipt of the received items in system(Oracle)
• Prepare cost tracking and providereport to PMT on a weekly basis
• Updatematerials and requisitions status in Share Point
• Update tracking file for budgeted andunbudgeted items that will be purchased (depends on projectrequirements to control and monitorbudget)

EssentialQualifications and Education:

• Minimum Degreequalification in Foreign Trade or International Relations
• 57 years plus a minimum of purchasing andsubcontracting work experience of which four years directlyconcerned with Offshore/Subsea Engineering and Constructionprojects
