We have anexciting opportunity for a driven Maintenance Supervisor to jointhe team at our Premier Inn HotelDubai.

Asa Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring thesmooth operations of the hotel systems to deliver a great customerexperience by managing contractors and teams planning andcoordinating preventative and ongoing emergency maintenance for allhotelsystems.

KeyAccountabilities:

• Managingmaintenance contractors suppliers and government relations andensuring all hotel systems adhere to the regulations of UAEauthorities.
  
• Carryout all necessary maintenance and health and safety relatedinspections.
  
• Scheduleand supervise all repairs both emergency and preventative to thebuilding services installations plant fixtures fittings andequipment.
  
• Ensureplant and equipment operation with the least amount of downtime.
  
• Scheduleand document preventative maintenance of fire protectionsystems.
  
• Focuson energy conservation and minimizing the hotel s utilityconsumption.
  
• Trainand guide the team to ensure they can deliver outstandingresults.
  
• Ensurethe team members have all the tools and equipment needed toeffectively carry out their respective duties and maintain healthandsafety.
  
• Managethe department recruitment performance anddevelopment.
  
• Coachand mentor the team reward and recognize and focus on creating agreat employeeexperience.
  
• Interactswith guests clients contractors and suppliers to ensure that allrequests are addressed and responded timely with promptcourtesy.
  
• Committo the prompt management of any technical repair and maintenanceissues to ensure that every guest has a comfortable and enjoyablestay
  

Requirements

Qualification:

BachelorsDegree or equivalent in Mechanical ElectricalEngineering

Knowledge:

• Knowledgeof Opera and MSSuite
  
• Planningcoordination and organization skills.
  
• Peoplemanagementskills.
  
• Minimumof 8 years experience in Maintenance in the HospitalityIndustry.
  
• Experiencein Fire Protection System Hygiene andSafety
  

Experience:

• 5years of experience of Facilities Management/Maintenance experiencewithin the HotelIndustry.
  
• Experiencein all areas of MaintenanceMEP
