- Identify and target potential exhibitors and sponsors for upcoming exhibitions and events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including industry associations government agencies and corporate partners.
- Create customized sales proposals and presentations to showcase the value proposition of participating in our exhibitions and events.
- Negotiate contracts pricing and sponsorship packages to secure commitments from exhibitors and sponsors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials to drive attendance and participation.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Track and report on sales performance pipeline status and revenue projections on a regular basis.
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking functions to promote our brand and expand our network.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to exhibitors and sponsors throughout the exhibition lifecycle.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by sharing insights ideas and best practices with the team.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales exhibitions preferably in the UAE market.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decisionmakers.
- Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to business development.
- Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of the exhibition industry including market trends competitor landscape and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Google Workspace and CRM software.
