    Weare looking for a Systems Engineer to work in El Segundo, CAsupporting ourclient.

    Salary:$125,000

    Responsibilities:

    • Directlysupport the SE&I Prime Contractor s EnterpriseRequirements/Technical BaselineLead.
    • Managethe activities associated with development and flow-down ofrequirements for Space, Command and Control (C2) and Gatewayterminals
    • Assistin the development and flow-down of requirements for a large spacebased processed communicationssystem
    • Workwith configuration management and technical SMEs/book bosses indeveloping and tracking ChangeProposals
    • Reviewproposed hardware/software implementations that would satisfyprogram requirements and providing feedback to thecustomer
    • Assistand review models and analysis in support of development andflow-down ofrequirements
    • Assessproposed baseline changes for impacts to requirements andverification.
    • Supportthe customer with verification tracking to ensure the developer andsource requirements are adequatelyverified
    • Ensureeffective requirements integration across space and ground,hardware and software, and all other aspects of systems andorganizations within theEnterprise
    • Integrateactivities over the lifecycle of systems within the Enterpriseincluding pre-contractual, development and production, as well asoperations andsustainment
    • Interactwith the prime contractor and government leads to ensure that allsystem requirements and interfaces are consistent and valid acrosstheEnterprise
    • Developacquisition and technical requirements-related briefings, plans,papers, and other documentation in support of SMC decisionmaking.
    • Collaboratewith prime contractors, other support contractors, governmentcivilians, and members of the U.S. SpaceForce

    Required Skills:

    • BSdegree in engineering, physics, chemistry, mathematics, computerscience, or network andtelecommunications
    • Familiaritywith Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and tools used tosupport requirements development andtraceability
    • Demonstratedanalytical and problem-solving skills associated with engineeringdiscipline
    • Demonstratedorganizational capability with ability to handle competingpriorities
    • Demonstratedability to clearly articulate ideas, recommendations and options tocustomers, senior leaders, andstakeholders
    • Stronginterpersonal skills, communication (oral and written), andpresentationskills
    • Capablein Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel,Powerpoint)
    • Musthave a minimum of an active SECRET clearance to be considered forthis position

    PreferredSkills:

    • Professionalcertifications. such as INCOSE CSEP orESEP
    • MBSEcertifications such asOCSMP
    • Agile,Scrum mastercertification
    • TopSecretclearance

    RequiredExperience:

    • 10+years experience in systems engineering, integration, and/ortest
    • 3+years experience in the area of satellitecommunications
    • 1+years experience in a role requiring coordination with stakeholdersand customers for requirementdevelopment

    PreferredExperience:

    • Experiencein satellite and/or ground systemsdevelopment
    • Experiencein satellite hardware/softwaredevelopment
