    PositionOverview:
    Gulf Water Treatment Co. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic andexperienced BusinessDevelopment
    Manager to join ourteam. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving ourgrowth identifying
    opportunitiesand building lasting relationships with clients and partners. Thisrole offers the chance to be partof

    KeyResponsibilities:

    MarketAnalysis:
    Conduct thorough marketresearch and analysis to identify potential growth areas emergingtrends
    and market demands. Developinsights to inform strategicdecisions.

    BusinessStrategy:
    Collaborate with theexecutive team to formulate and execute the companys businessdevelopment
    strategy aligning itwith our mission andobjectives.

    Client RelationshipManagement:
    Establish and nurturestrong longterm relationships with existing clients while activelyseeking
    opportunities to expandour client base.

    New BusinessAcquisition:
    Identify and pursuenew business opportunities partnerships and collaborations. Developand
    implement effective salesstrategies to secure new contracts andprojects.

    ProposalDevelopment:
    Prepare compellingproposals and presentations showcasing our capabilities andsolutions to clients.
    Ensureproposals meet client requirements and industrystandards.

    RevenueGrowth:
    Meet or exceed revenuetargets through effective sales and business development efforts.
    Continuously
    monitor salesperformance and adapt strategies asneeded.

    TeamCollaboration:
    Collaborateclosely with crossfunctional teams including technical expertsproject managers and
    marketing toensure seamless project execution and clientsatisfaction.

    MarketExpansion:
    Explore and assessopportunities for expansion into new markets or regions bothdomesticallyand
    internationally.

    Compliance:
    Ensure compliancewith industry regulations standards and ethical businesspractices.


    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a relatedfield (Masters degree preferred).
    Proven track record of successful business development in the watertreatment or related industry.
    Strong understanding of the water treatment industry includingtechnologies trends andcompetitors.
    Excellentcommunication negotiation and presentationskills.
    Ability to build andmaintain effective relationships with clients partners andstakeholders.
    Resultsorientedwith a focus on achieving and exceedingtargets.
    Strategic thinker withthe ability to identify and capitalize onopportunities.
    UAE marketknowledge and networkpreferred.

    Position Overview:
    Gulf Water Treatment Co. Ltd. isseeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager tojoin our team.

    The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role indriving our growth, identifying opportunities, and building lastingrelationships with clients and partners.

    This role offers thechance to be part of a forward-looking organization that is at theforefront of the water treatment industry.


    Key Responsibilities:
    1.

    Market Analysis:
    Conduct thorough market research and analysis toidentify potential growth areas, emerging trends, and marketdemands. Develop insights to inform strategic decisions. 2.


    Business Strategy:
    Collaborate with the executive team to formulateand execute the company's business development strategy, aligningit with our mission and objectives


    3 Client RelationshipManagement:
    Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationshipswith existing clients while actively seeking opportunities toexpand our client base


    4 New Business Acquisition:
    Identify andpursue new business opportunities, partnerships, andcollaborations. Develop and implement effective sales strategies tosecure new contracts and projects. 5.


    Proposal Development:
    Preparecompelling proposals and presentations, showcasing our capabilitiesand solutions to clients. Ensure proposals meet client requirementsand industry standards. 6.


    Revenue Growth:
    Meet or exceed revenuetargets through effective sales and business development efforts.
    Continuously monitor sales performance and adapt strategies asneeded. 7.


    Team Collaboration:
    Collaborate closely withcross-functional teams, including technical experts, projectmanagers, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution andclient satisfaction


    8 Market Expansion:
    Explore and assessopportunities for expansion into new markets or regions, bothdomestically and internationally


    9 Compliance:
    Ensure compliancewith industry regulations, standards, and ethical businesspractices


    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degreepreferred). Proven track record of successful business developmentin the water treatment or related industry. Strong understanding ofthe water treatment industry, including technologies, trends, andcompetitors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentationskills. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships withclients, partners, and stakeholders. Results-oriented with a focuson achieving and exceeding targets. Strategic thinker with theability to identify and capitalize on opportunities. UAE marketknowledge and network preferred.
