    Sales Operations Manager

    The Sales Operations Manager for Mobile Devices will be a key player in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and other operational functions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the mobile devices market in Dubai.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Streamline and optimize the end-to-end sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Implement best practices to ensure a smooth and standardized sales workflow.
    • Utilize data analytics to generate insights into sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
    • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve sales strategies.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop accurate sales forecasts.
    • Assist in the planning and execution of sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
    • Oversee the implementation and utilization of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
    • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness within the CRM platform.
    • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
    • Work closely with sales leadership to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement.
    • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment between sales and other business functions.
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales initiatives.
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance to leadership.
    • Document and communicate sales processes, policies, and procedures.
    • Ensure that the sales team is consistently following established guidelines.
    • Collect and analyze customer feedback related to the sales process.
    • Implement improvements based on customer insights.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales operations management in the mobile devices industry
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
    • Results-oriented and able to meet deadlines and targets
