    Job Title: Operations Manager

    They are currently lookingto hire an Operations Manager to join their team in theUAE.

    The Operations Manager will be responsiblefor the UAE Professional sales and Aftersales teams. This includesstrategy formulation and execution by providing direction technicalsupport price competitive data and business development initiativesto cover the market and generate more sales.

    Responsibilities:

    • Driveand achieve the annual sales target by supporting and following upon the monthly and quarterly achievements of the sales team and UAEdealers
    • Draft develop and implement a shorttermand longterm market strategy for B2B sales of all value streams(BSC Hospitality and Special Business) within the UAE as per theRegional Strategy
    • Work closely with the Head ofRegional Sales Professional to develop sales forecasts budgets andplans for the UAE market
    • Develop target groupsand dealers set targets and ensure marketcoverage
    • Identify new business opportunitiesand develop strategic partnerships in the UAEmarket
    • Initiate dealer partner developmentplans and lead execution
    • Coach mentor and leada team of Sales Consultants towards achieving outstanding resultsthrough:
    • Following up on their daily salesoperations visits & quotations
    • Monitoringtheir performance & KPIs againsttargets
    • Reviewing and preparing quarterly salesincentives for the team
    • Visiting Key Accounts& providing continuous guidance andsupport
    • Taking corrective action withunderperforming sales members
    • Innovating &Creating new Sales Approach ideas based on customer dynamics andbusiness needs
    • Ensuring optimum market coverageand segmentation to maximize trade opportunities across differentsales channels
    • Crosscollaboration with theService department to offer competitive aftersales repair andmaintenance solutions through the salesteam
    • Work in close collaboration with theProduct Management Department to develop competitive pricingschemes and introduce new models
    • Maintain andgrow an excellent relationship with key accounts dealer partnersand public sector decisionmakers
    • Identifymarket gaps and create/ modify sales execution plans to grab lostpotential and sustain a healthy marketshare
    • Generate new innovative sales &marketing ideas to penetrate new market segments and build strongrelations with Public entities
    • Utilize dataanalytics and CRM to ensure high customersatisfaction

    Requirements:

    • Bachelorsdegree or equivalent from an accrediteduniversity
    • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience ina B2B Leadership sales role
    • Excellentcommunication negotiation customercentricity and numericalskills
    • Ability to handle conflicts and resolvedisputes
    • Proactive actively listens and is opento criticism
    • Verbal and written Englishproficiency and excellent interpersonalskills
    • Ability to lead and coach a salesteam
    • Critical thinker and business developerwith a strategic entrepreneurial mindset
    • Strongfinancial numerical and analyticalskills
    • Ability to work under pressure in afastpaced dynamic environment
    • Demonstrates apositive mindset and adds an optimistic value to theteam
    • Previous experience in a multinationalsales company
    • UAE dealership management andoperations is a plus
