    What's OnYour Plate?

    As a Senior Analyst– Rider Operations MENA, you will influencedecision-making and drive improvements across the region throughquality and depth of analytical insights, procedures andrecommendations for improvement. In particular, you will focus onthe following:

    • PerformanceAnalysis and Advisory:
    • Synthesise performancetrends and insights, develop and testhypotheses
    • Closely monitor the riderperformance [RCR + Fraud] & compliance levels of eachcountry and work closely with them to improveKPIs
    • Identify opportunities for performanceimprovement regionally
    • Analytical support forvarious initiatives and forums:
    • Develop models,scenarios and recommendations
    • Drive strategicanalysis and provide recommendations for ad hoc requests, both fromwithin the team and externally
    • Help define theright KPIs, variables & targets for pilots/tests related totech or operations and businesscases
    • Development of guidelines and SOPs forrider payroll management:
    • Draft and implementSOPs related to payroll management to maintain accuracy and fastprocessing
    • Technology implementation and rollout:
    • Ensure the effective use and rollout ofall Delivery Hero technology, tools and data models for rideroperations management
    • Guide and support eachmarket on the use of technology to further improve theirefficiency
    • Provide data driven decisions on theproduct roadmap to further enhance efficiency and speed of ourinternal processes.
    • Building a performancefocused culture and ensure:
    • Ensure adoption andutilization of regional KPI dashboards, processes and tools by thecountry teams, through needs analysis, demos / trainings,relationship building and change management
    • Bea champion for knowledge/best practice sharing &standardization across country teams
    • Work withteams throughout the lifecycle of programmes to ensure data-drivendecision-making
    • Making sure that a focus onoutcomes and performance are integrated into everything wedo.

    Whatyou need to besuccessful

    WhatDid We Order?

    • Minimum 2 years of working experiencein operations management andperformance
    • Proficient in MS Excel, dataanalysis and SOP development.
    • Basic experiencein SQL and Tableau. Experience with Big Query andDataStudio.
    • Excellent communicator who caninfluence without authority: you can make numbers speak, ensurefull understanding of data and insight by stakeholders, and obtainbuy-in on priorities and actions
    • Resultsdriven: you don't stop at showing numbers or sharing theSOP, you don't rest until your recommendations are heard,your guidelines are implemented, and action istaken
    • Loves developing well-structured businesscases and well-rounded proposals andrecommendations
    • Able to deal with ambiguity andsolve it by developing hypotheses and testingthem
    • Able to deal with a high pace of change,and complex environments
    • Extremely organizedand process-driven, with high standards ofquality
    • Maturity to work independently on aday-to-day basis and have the wisdom to know when to collaborate,delegate and especially escalate
    • Can manage aheavy workload effectively by setting priorities and managingexpectations well
