    As Paymentology s newestClient Executive you ll play anextremely important role in our success by directly supporting someof our key financial partners in South Africa. The main goal ofthis position is to not be just a service provider, but rather theclient s trusted advisor when it comes to paymentsolutions.

    You will be the go-to person for ourclient and ultimately be responsible for driving a positiveexperience for them. This includes building a solid relationshipwith them from Day 1, resolving all issues either independently orwith the help of internal teams, and making sure that our productsare being used optimally in order to maximize success for both ourclient and Paymentology.

    What youget to do::

    Paymentologists take pride in beingagile and responsive - so we ll look to you to ensure that clientrequests are acknowledged and resolved as fast as possible, eitheron your own or by coordinating with internal teams. Establishingand maintaining strong client relationships will be achievedthrough regular on-onsite visits, telephone / Zoom calls, and emailcommunication.

    You ll be an expert on eachclient s line of business, act as their strategic partner, andidentify opportunities to upsell Paymentology products to ensurecontinuous growth in Paymentology s transactions and revenue.

    If you are not already, you ll soon become anexpert on payment processing. With our help you ll be able to speakknowledgeably on Paymentology in particular, be able to talkfluently about our products and technology and how they can meetclients needs.

    In addition to supporting ourclients, you ll work closely with our global partners(Mastercard, Visa, banks, etc), suppliers andother partners, plus internal teams like Customer Support and Tech.

    You will work alongside the New Business teamduring the new client rollout phase to ensure a seamless transitionand positive experience for the client as they prepare to launchour product.

    You ll be front facing; navigatingyour way through the tough conversations, negotiations, andfacilitating conflict resolution when needed while keeping in mindthat top-notch service is at the heart of what we do.

    Requirements :

    What it takes tosucceed:

    • 5+ years ofrelevant account and relationship management experience within thefields of tech or banking
    • Experience workingwith and supporting large corporate clients and proven experiencein building lasting and successful relationships with them
    • A tech-savvy brain and the ability tounderstand how our products tie into payment processing, plus atalent for explaining tech-related concepts to a non-technicalaudience
    • Comfortable with ambiguity andoperating in an environment synonymous with change
    • A strong sense of urgency and the ability tojump on client requests as they come up
    • Amentality of the customer comes first and a willingness to go theextra mile to prove it
    • Ability to managestress as the role can be demanding
