    Description
    • Elaborate the products assortmentstructure (qualitatively and quantitatively) according to thecustomer needs and company commercialconcept
    • Develop necessary measures towardscontinuous reduction of the operationalcost
    • Analyse and benchmark company performancewith competitors and international market and recommend areas forimprovement
    • Maintain updated informationrelated to new market opportunities and changes and stimulate theexchange of experience and knowledge between all concerned partieswithin the company
    • Contribute to build thestores merchandise plan, and develop new merchandise concepts andPlano gram
    • Guarantee the application of themerchandise plan and ensure its consistency with nationalstrategy
    • Optimize the working capital, guidethe stores to the elaboration of margin parameters, and ensuringaccount receivables are collected on time
    • Setappropriate control mechanism to ensure budget compliance and takescorrective measures when necessary

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in businessor management related field
    • 10 years experiencein Managing retail operations and merchandise (LightHousehold)
    • English Language (Full professionalproficiency - Required)
    • Top notch negotiationskills and previous experience with contractsnegotiation
    • Previous experience with retailonline operations and E-commerce
    • Highcommunication and leadershipskills
