    Description

    In This Role, You Will:

    • Consult on event build architectureacross Cvent's Event Marketing and Management solutionsto meet
    • client's businessrequirements for each meeting
    • Gather andanalyze client requirement
    • Consult on featuresbest suitable for the event and provide recommendations for anyworkarounds where applicable
    • Event buildservices: Create event specific deliverables according toclient's templates, processes, or within brandguidelines
    • Create and launch event registrationwebsite
    • Maintain and update registrationwebsite with content changes
    • Build eventcommunication
    • Mobile app creation andmaintenance of app content
    • Attendee Hubcreation and maintenance of content
    • Inclusionof graphics, set up of sessions, set up ofspeakers
    • Coordinate with Client'sdesignated team for the branding guidelines and graphics creation,as applicable
    • Test and quality check alldeliverables prior to launch
    • Invitee orparticipant management
    • Uploadingcontacts
    • Distributing invitations or otherevent communications
    • Create and modify eventreports upon request
    • Act as the trusted advisorfor licensed Cvent products
    • Conduct Cventproduct training as needed.
    • Manage and maintainclient relationships in addition to providing direction and supportto client's other vendors from a technicalperspective
    • Work together with accountmanagement and other internal employees to drive long-term successfor the client's programs through regularinteractions
    • Work flexible hours to support aglobal account / team
    • Other duties asassigned

    Here's What You Need:

    • Cvent Event Management certificationpreferred but not required
    • Intermediate user ofMS Office suite of products (Outlook, Word,Excel)
    • 5+ years corporate experience, financialindustry preferred
    • Proven ability to enhancethe attendee experience by improving the brand design and utilizingadvanced technology features
    • Front-end webdevelopment experience (HTML, CSS) is preferred but notrequired
    • Strong organizational & timemanagement skills with the ability to manage multiple projects andadditional responsibilities while maintaining high qualitystandards
    • Strong communication skills throughall mediums with a proven ability to build and maintainrelationships (for all levels of an organization, includingexecutives)
    • Proven analytical skills withconsistent high attention to detail; accuracy in spelling andgrammar
    • Personal integrity,initiative
    • Strong sense of accountability;resourcefulness in identifying a problem or process improvement andfollowing through to implement
    • Ability to workas part of a team in a demandingenvironment
    • Proven ability to operate in afast-paced corporate organization
    • UniversityDegree or equivalent web designexperience

    AdditionalRequirements

    • Travel upto 20%
    • Hybrid Schedule Work Schedule (up to 50%in office)
