    Description

    1. Reception duties - greeting guests,answering phone calls, serving drinks to guests,etc.

    2. Arranging letters/documents for maildelivery

    3. Scan documents tocolleagues

    4. Save/recover old documents fromInfofort

    5. Office/office suppliesmanagement

    6. Distribute postal mail tocolleagues

    7. Registration of directors invarious events such as FBC (French BusinessCouncil)

    8. Book meetingrooms

    9. Airline tickets/hotels/restaurants/eventreservations

    10. Request businesscards

    11. EFT management - parking,building/office access cards, exit permit,etc.

    12. Office Maintenance/Maintenance– Arranging repair of lights, switches, air conditioning,plants, etc.

    13. Renew the DCD live alert systemsubscription 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

    14.Contracts - IT, District Cooling, Office Cleaning,Electromechanical Engineering and Fire Alarm Systems, FBC, Hotels,Aramex, Infofort, Plants, etc.
