    Requirements

    • Attending Inbound calls and helping customers in dispute resolution, making payments, sharing statements,
    • Collect the delinquent amount from the customer over the phone or take promises from them on making the payment
    • Should be able to effectively communicate while providing quality customer service as well as actively pursue knowledge of skills and tools to be used in all collection
    • Negotiate with customers to ensure they can make their account
    • Work with the team members and the team lead to ensure the team meets the targets month on

    Required Skills:
    • Must be DRA Certified preferable
    • Minimum 1 year of experience handling calls related to collection
    • Understanding about Write off portfolio will be a plus
    • Good Team player
