    Job description for Event Coordinator


    We are searching for an experienced Event Coordinator who is capable of organizing various kinds of events right from personal to corporate Being an Event Coordinator, you shall be responsible for every aspect of an event including Planning, Proposal drafting, venue selection & booking, and arranging supporting staff for the

    An event coordinator must be target oriented, self-driven, enthusiast having excellent at communication & presentation skills and competent in vendor

    The target is to organize indelible events that will ensure the fulfilment of purpose and facilitate the completion of business objectives while entertainment of the

    Responsibilities

    • Basic understanding of requirements for each event at a micro level preferred
    • Exposure to planning, designing and coordinating event with attention to financial and time constraints preferred
    • Exposure to venue booking to scheduling of speakers preferred
    • Excellent research skills and negotiation skills preferred
    • Good knowledge vendors (catering, decorators, musicians ) contract drafting preferred

    #Note-There will be a Regular requirement



    Requirements

    Requirements and skills

    • 10+2 preferred Bachelor s degree in hospitality management, public relations or relevant field is preferred
    • Exposure to organizing successful events as event
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Excellent research skills and negotiation skills along with excellent vendor management skills preferred
    • Knowledge of basic recruitment processes & practices, knowledge of applicable labours law
    • Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
    • Ready to work under stressed conditions and well-organized with multi-tasking skills and having excellent problem-solving
