    Description
    • Directs and guide the growth,development and delivery performance across region, supporting thedevelopment of strategy and delivering related businessplans.
    • Accountable for safety, technical andfinancial performance across region, assuming budgetary andP&L responsibility where required and demonstrating clearsafety leadership; achieving monthly and annual targets andembedding company values.
    • Provide guidance anddirection and support teams in the day to day management ofdelivery, ensuring appropriate controls and governance are in placeand ensuring Wood is working to the highest possible standards ofintegrity, safety, quality and operational excellence. Producesolutions to complex strategic, contractual, technical, commercial,operational and personnel related challenges which impact oncustomer service and performance.
    • Managesongoing business, responsible for budget setting and delivery,contracts, capacity and resource management, and capabilitymanagement. May be delivering a number of services andcapabilities, may manage a single major office or facility ormultiple smaller offices /facilities.
    • Accountable for safety, technicaland financial performance of the project, assuming budgetary andP&L responsibility where required and demonstrating clearsafety leadership; achieving monthly and annual targets andembedding company values.
    • Provide guidance anddirection and support teams in the day to day management ofdelivery, ensuring appropriate controls and governance are in placeand ensuring Wood is working to the highest possible standards ofintegrity, safety, quality and operationalexcellence.
    • Produce solutions to complexstrategic, contractual, technical, commercial, operational andpersonnel related challenges which impact on customer service andperformance.
    • Accountable for the deployment ofWood's O&M inhouse capability on a newproject.

    Responsibilities

    OperationalDelivery

    • Product Lead for the Operations andMaintenance business, delivering consistent development anddeployment of the Wood solution.
    • Supervises allareas on small projects and/or a subset/discipline on largerprojects
    • Accountable for health, safety andenvironmental leadership ensuring compliance with safety rules andregulations to minimize industrial injuries and meet regulatoryrequirements.
    • Responsible for execution of thework in accordance with the quality standards and requirementsspecified for the project.
    • Manages and controlsproject cost and schedule.
    • Interpretsfunctional specifications and problemreports.
    • Monitors quality of maintenancework.
    • Monitors working practices and adherenceto safety procedures to ensure safety of employees working in thearea.
    • Establishes short-term activitiesdirected toward work continuity and balance, such as creating shiftschedules, job priorities, material availability, preventiveinspections, and grievance resolutions.
    • Leadsand integrates with other plant function areas to ensuresupport.
    • Recommends improvements in equipmentor methods.
    • Exercises considerable judgment inestablishing job priorities for breakdownrepairs.
    • Management and deploy consistentprocedures.
    • Champion of Continuous Improvementwithin the Business
    • P&L responsibilitywith associated commercial and financial accountability includingrevenue delivery, margin and overhead management, budget andforecast determination and attainment, risk and opportunityreviews, cost controls, accounts payable/billing and cashcollection
    • Deliver performance managementobjectives, agreed business plans, budget and targets and report onboth opportunities and risks impacting on thebusiness.
    • Provides mid-term direction tooperational management team(s) in order to meet business plangoals
