    Description
    • Assist in the development ofyearly and quarterly marketing plans and calendar of activities forthe respective portfolio of brands.
    • Implementthe marketing, promotional activities for the BP, as per the agreedplans.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding ofrelevant Principal requirements and guidelines, ensuring that allthe respective brands within the BU apply and adhere to theguidelines across all managed marketingactivities.
    • Coordinate on daily basis withsales team, and/or BU managers to identify possible marketingrequirements and support for thebusiness
    • Coordinate with the central team onweekly basis regarding all marketing requirements ranging from POS,posters, brochures, media requirements, merchandising, websites,PR, CRM and database capturing, displays,etc
    • Liaise with vendors to ensure production ofPOS material and marketing collateral in line with marketingobjectives and agreed timelines.
    • Assist linemanager in collating data for reports on brand performance,marketing initiatives, customer mix, post activity reports aftereach sponsorship/display activity,etc. asrequired
    • Assist in collating competitorsactivities vis a vis communication, pricing, packaging andplanning
    • Maintain the archiving system for allexecuted elements in the marketing calendar and ensure all relevantdatabases / systems are updated asmandated.
    • Collect and maintain estimates& invoices with all vendors and ensure timely process ofpayments through the FSS structure.
    • Support theteam on maintenance of annual budgets including allocation ofmonthly phasing.
    • Maintain effective workingrelations and contacts with key external parties, such as vendors,mall management, etc.
    • Update and maintain themarketing calendar for all promotionalinitiatives.
    • Timely Updating of the websitebrand and portfolio content by season
    • Work withthe Brand Principals & Social Media team to developrelevant content on the allocatedportfolio
