    PositionOverview:

    KeyResponsibilities:

    ProjectPlanning:
    Collaborate withproject managers and engineering teams to develop comprehensiveproject
    plans outlining schedulesmilestones and resourcerequirements.
    Ensure that projectplans align with organizational goals and clientexpectations.

    BudgetManagement:
    Oversee projectbudgets monitor expenditures and identify potential costoverruns.
    Collaborate withfinance and project management teams to optimize budgetutilization.

    ResourceAllocation:
    Work closely withproject managers to allocate resources efficiently consideringproject
    requirements andtimelines.
    Ensure that theproject teams have the necessary resources to meet projectobjectives.

    ScheduleMonitoring:
    Implement robustschedule monitoring mechanisms to track project progress againstestablished
    timelines.
    Identify and address any deviations from the project schedulepromptly.

    RiskManagement:
    Collaborate withproject teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigationstrategies.
    Regularly assessproject risks and update risk management plans asneeded.

    PerformanceAnalysis:

    Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in Project Management Engineering or a relatedfield.
    Project ManagementProfessional (PMP) certification isadvantageous.

    Experience:
    Minimum of 58 years of experience in project control or projectmanagement roles preferably in
    thewater treatment or relatedindustry.
    Proven experience insuccessfully managing project budgets schedules andresources.

    Skills &Abilities:
    Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills.
    Proficiency in project management tools andmethodologies.
    Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
    Detailoriented with afocus on accuracy.

    The Project Control Manager willcollaborate closely with project managers, engineering teams, andstakeholders to optimize project performance.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with project managers andengineering teams to develop comprehensive project plans, outliningschedules, milestones, and resource requirements. Ensure thatproject plans align with organizational goals and clientexpectations. 2.


    Budget Management:
    Oversee project budgets,monitor expenditures, and identify potential cost overruns.
    Collaborate with finance and project management teams to optimizebudget utilization. 3.


    Resource Allocation:
    Work closely withproject managers to allocate resources efficiently, consideringproject requirements and timelines. Ensure that the project teamshave the necessary resources to meet project objectives. 4.


    Schedule Monitoring:
    Implement robust schedule monitoringmechanisms to track project progress against established timelines.
    Identify and address any deviations from the project schedulepromptly. 5.


    Risk Management:
    Collaborate with project teams toidentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    Regularly assess project risks and update risk management plans asneeded. 6.


    Performance Analysis:

    Qualifications:

    Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project control or projectmanagement roles, preferably in the water treatment or relatedindustry. Proven experience in successfully managing projectbudgets, schedules, and resources.
