    As Marketing& Communications Manager for the school you will work inclose partnership with the regional ISP Marketing Team the schoolsPrincipal and the schools admissions team to drive demand for ourschool in a way that builds positive memorability as well asqualified leads. The post holder will grow the schools outstandingreputation by positioning the school as parents first school ofchoice ensuring community awareness within catchmentareas.

    The ideal candidate has experience indeveloping and executing marketing campaigns across both online andoffline touchpoints in the private education sector while managingexpectations across a number of internal and external stakeholders.The candidate should be equally proficient with daytoday marketingoperations creative content development (written and visual) andstrive under tight deadlines to meet the companys changingneeds.

    ISPSchool Marketing & Communications Manager KeyResponsibilities

    • Schoollevelmarketing strategy & planning (in partnership with regionalmarketing team & schoolLT)
    • Develop the annualmarketing plan designed for enrolment growth andretention
    • Ensure this plan is on trackthroughout the year and proactively communicate to key stakeholderswhen there are risks providing ideas for mitigating thoserisks.
    • Brand management (in partnership with regional marketing team& school LT)
    • Craftand refine the brand messages and unique selling points for theschool
    • Ensure brand and key messages areconsistently communicated across all marketing communications
    • Act as brand guardian across the school toensure teachers and staff also convey samemessaging.
    • Content marketing (in partnership with Regional Marketing Team andAdmissions team)
    • Plan theoverall content calendar for the school
    • Lookfor stories happening within the school that demonstrate the keymessaging and brand values; capture these moments throughphotography & videography to use in marketingcontent
    • Develop the marketing content (designvia Canva plus write the copy) review it for accuracy arrangesignoff get it published/promoted across the relevant touchpoints
    • School Website:
    • Ensureall content on the website is up to date and current and that allpages and features function properly
    • Plan& execute new content for the website taking intoconsideration the schools marketing strategy andplan
    • Take a proactive approach in identifyingways to improve the school website and landing ages working withthe regional marketing team forimprovements
    • Social Media Marketing & CommunityManagement:
    • Proactivelymanage and lead the Schools presence on the main social mediaplatforms
    • Create engaging content (text imageand video) to be posted on Social Media platforms in order topromote school stories promises andnarratives
    • Develop an optimal posting calendarconsidering marketing strategy web traffic and customer engagementmetrics
    • Continuously monitor comments andmessages promptly responding as per community managementguidelines
    • Report on performance withrecommendations forimprovement
    • Email/CRM (in partnership with Admissions & RegionalMarketing Team)
    • Plandesign review and dispatch emails to prospective parents
    • Review performance of emails to be sure theyare well received & report to schoolLT
    • Events: Promote & deliver events to recruit new parents orretain existingones
    • Internal comms & PR: Support on an asneed basis inpartnership with Regional Marketing Team and schoolLT.
    • Offline marketing collateral planning: Environmental branding OOHplacements giveaways etc
    • Budget management: Ensure we are ontrack with planned marketing spend through ongoing budget tackingandreconciliation.
    • Word Of Mouth marketing:
    • Gather positive stories& testimonials; Promoting the keystories
    • Google reviews planning executionmanagement of Negative/Positivecomments

    Other Responsibilities: Flexibility on duties performed in thisrole is required in order to play to the strengths of the postholder and the needs of theschool.

    WorkingDays: Monday Friday . May occasionally be required to attend orparticipate in events during the weekend and/or after workinghours
