    Job Description
    The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for inputting a variety of data into a computer system accurately and efficiently. They must possess excellent typing skills and attention to detail to ensure that data is entered correctly. This role requires the ability to work from home and independently manage tasks to meet deadlines.

    The Data Entry Clerk may be required to enter data from various sources such as paper documents, online forms, or spreadsheets.

    They must also maintain confidentiality and follow all data entry protocols.
    Responsibilities


    • Enter data accurately and efficiently into the computer system.
    • Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies.
    • Maintain data entry records and documentation.
    • Conduct regular backups of entered data to ensure data integrity and security.
    • Retrieve, sort, and organize data as needed.
    • Follow data entry procedures and protocols to ensure accuracy and consistency.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure data entry tasks are completed on time.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
    Requirements


    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Proven data entry experience with a high level of accuracy.
    • Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and data entry software.
    • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
