    Job Description:

    To plan sell to the customer Head Office andenable field operations team to execute the Instore Fundamentalsand Sales Business Plans in the assigned customers/brands in orderto develop the customers business and achieve the companysobjectives. Business DevelopmentActive engagement in developing ofcustomer agreement elements deploy these to field execution teamsto facilitate execution and monitor compliance on monthlybasis.Manage our service level to the customer and ensureopportunities are identified and resolved (database managementstock management)Conduct quarterly business reviews with thecustomer head office to ensure target measures and plans are beingachieved.Develop a Joint Business Plan that delivers on Customerand Company objectives. Own the customer share report (whereapplicable) to be updated on monthly basis and share internally.Analyse the data and ensure opportunities are identified andresolved.Develop customer scorecard to be

    updated on a monthly basis and shared internally andexternally.Spot business building and sales fundamentalsopportunities at the customer/store level and have an action planon hand to rectify those opportunities.Liaise with Finance foraccount reconciliation and customer receivable.To be compliant withcompanys finance SOPs.Build strategic business relationship withkey stakeholders with respective counterparts at the customer leveland leverage those relationships to achieve companysobjectives.Knowledge of key insights and developments within thecustomer ahead of time and leveraging these changes to build thebusiness. Develop Sell and Execute Category ManagementProjectsLiaise internally to develop Category Management projectsbased on customer category/brand opportunities. Conceptually Sellthe project to the customer while agreeing on joint KPIs Deploy andenable the field operations team to execute the agreed concept sellTrack execution as per agreed timelines to ensure Compliance VSAgreementCommercialize the wins or opportunities by sharing theclose out reportPlan & Execute Brand InitiativesLiaise withthe Category Manager to plan brand initiatives by customer thatensure sufficiency for the company (Sales/Fundamentals) andcustomer objectives Execute the brand initiatives aligned with theCategory Manager Sell the brand initiatives to the customerCommunicate the plan to the field operations team via My Store andenable them with the right tools to ensure best in classexecutionMarket Intelligence and Competitive ReportingCommunicateinternally to BDT and management any activity done bycustomers/competitors which can have an impact on our business totake require action.Develop or suggest defense / Offense plans tocounter key competitor activities Graduate Degree in Marketing /Management and / or related field. 2 years of Sales Executiveexperience
