    Requirements

    • AttendingInbound calls and helping customers in dispute resolution, makingpayments, sharing statements,
    • Collect the delinquent amount fromthe customer over the phone or take promises from them on makingthe payment
    • Should be able toeffectively communicate while providing quality customer service aswell as actively pursue knowledge of skills and tools to be used inall collection
    • Negotiate withcustomers to ensure they can make their account
    • Work with the team members and theteam lead to ensure the team meets the targets month on

    RequiredSkills:
    • Must be DRACertified preferable
    • Minimum 1 yearof experience handling calls related to collection
    • Understanding about Write offportfolio will be a plus
    • Good Teamplayer
