    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Financial Reporting: Prepare andmaintain accurate financial records, including but not limited toincome statements, balance sheets, and cash flowstatements.
    • VAT Compliance: Manage all aspectsof VAT compliance, including timely submission of VAT returns,ensuring adherence to VAT regulations, and resolving any relatedissues.
    • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist inthe preparation of budgets and financial forecasts to supporteffective financial planning and decision-makingprocesses.
    • Accounts Payable and Receivable:Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timelyprocessing of invoices, payments, andcollections.
    • Bank Reconciliation: Performregular bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of transactionsand account balances.
    • Financial Analysis:Conduct detailed financial analysis to provide insights into thecompany's financial performance, identify areas forimprovement, and support strategicdecision-making.
    • Audit Preparation: Assist inthe coordination and preparation of financial audits, liaising withauditors and providing necessary documentation and support asrequired.
    • Internal Controls: Implement andmaintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets andensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatoryrequirements.
    • Communication: Effectivelycommunicate financial information and insights to management,stakeholders, and other relevant parties in a clear and concisemanner.

    Qualifications andSkills:

    • Bachelor's degree inAccounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certificationsuch as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is highlydesirable.
    • Fluency in Russian and Englishlanguages is essential, with excellent written and verbalcommunication skills in both languages.
    • Provenexperience in accounting roles within the real estate developmentindustry, preferably in Dubai or the UAEmarket.
    • In-depth knowledge of VAT regulationsand experience in VAT submission and compliance in theUAE.
    • Proficiency in accounting software such asQuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms. Advanced Excel skills arealso required.
    • Strong analytical andproblem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail andaccuracy.
    • Ability to work effectively in afast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet tightdeadlines.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills withthe ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues acrossdifferent departments and levels of theorganization.
