    Description

    Job Purpose

    To respond to clientqueries and report any incidences to the technical, IT and recoveryteam for action; monitor the non-streaming and non-pollingincidences and note for action as

    Main Duties and Responsibilities

    • Respond toinbound calls, client s emails, capturing clients notes/case notesand offering the necessary support
    • Preparingnon-streaming and non-polling reports for action by the Supervisorand the technical department
    • Preparing adetailed weekly status and installation report for the Banks
    • Liaise with international support in case ofminor system problems
    • Attend to terminalalerts, power on and off, panic events, ignition events in a timelymanner
    • Assist in troubleshooting fitment errorsduring fitment in the absence of the technical supervisor
    • Record all incidences reported in theOccurrence book
    • Filling in of theincident forms in case of a recovery
    • Assist totrouble shoot cases arising from clients
    • Immobilization of vehicles in case of a clientrequest via mail or phone
    • Oversee all thegeneral operations of the control room
    • Allpolicies & procedures of the Company and the departmentStandard operating Procedures are followed consistently for allevents
    • Perform any other business as may beassigned to you from time to time by the supervisor
    • Monitoring of cross border alerts (for bankdeals) and informing clients via phone

    Qualification and Experience

    • Diploma inIT or related field from a reputable institution of higherlearning
    • Knowledge of Motor Vehicle electricaland IT skills
    • Minimum of at least 3 years workexperience in a call center (security emergency control room -advantageous)
    • Knowledge of GPS/GSM/GPRSdevices
    • Ability to understand and interpretGPS/GSM/GPRS installation
    • Proficiency inComputer skills
    • Willing to work nightshift
