    Description
    Ensure all guests are warmly greeted,acknowledged and maintain visual contact in accordance with hotelbrand service standards and GSHA objectives.
    Demonstratethorough knowledge of front desk procedures and computersystem.
    Handle all guest requests promptly, takingpersonal responsibility to ensure guestsatisfaction.

    Anticipates guest needs by observing andproviding prompt and efficient service either in person or througheffective communication with other staff members.

    Use theguest's name when possible according to hotelstandards.
    Find out about all room types, theiravailability, prices, group movement, invoices, daily events,promotions and important clients.
    Handle guest letters,faxes, and mail, ensuring that information sent is accurate,complete, and delivered promptly.
    Conveying informationand messages to the right individuals in a timely and effectivemanner.
    Communicates and collaborates effectively withcolleagues at all levels, recognizing the importance of teamwork inhotel operations.
    Be knowledgeable about the facilitiesand points of interest in Dubai and surrounding areas to assistwith any guest enquiries.
    Make sure to have all thenecessary information upon check-in, according to thehotel's credit procedures.
    Learn about allcoupons and group billing procedures.
    Adhere to hotelcredit procedures and policies at all times.
    Handle guestcheck-out process, ensuring manual billing and posting processesare carried out in accordance with hotelstandards.
    Maintain cash and accurately handle money atall times.
    Be conversant and efficient with foreigncurrencies and their exchange rates to provide foreign currencyexchange services to guests.
    Maintain a daily log andmake a helpful handover for next shifts ensuring all relevantinformation is passed clearly.
    Maintain work area cleanand tidy according to hotel standards.
