    Description
    • Leadership and oversight of theOperations Team, encompassing Customer Success Operations, SalesOperations, and newly integrating Marketing Operations into aRevOps framework. This role is critical in fostering a unifiedapproach to operational excellence, aimed at driving efficiency andrevenue growth.
    • Act as the lead in thedevelopment and expansion of our RevOps infrastructure, deliveringoutstanding enablement and direct support to our Customer Successand Sales teams. This includes optimising customer portfoliomanagement and enhancing sales effectiveness to elevate our marketposition.
    • Create and maintain strongcollaborative relationships with cross-functionalteams—Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Consulting, toensure the seamless execution of client solutions and themaximisation of revenue opportunities. This role demands aproactive approach to integrating and aligning departmentalobjectives with the company's strategicgoals.
    • Employ a data-driven methodology toanalyse market trends, competitor activities, and customerfeedback, adapting strategies to maintain competitive advantage andrespond to market dynamics effectively.
    • Overseethe establishment and management of key business metrics, utilisingreports, dashboards, and in-depth analysis to monitor andcommunicate business performance on a weekly, monthly, andquarterly basis.
    • Provide essential support foradministrative functions throughout the sales and customer successprocesses, including direct involvement in the bid managementprocess to ensure proposals are competitive and aligned with clientneeds and market demands. Desirable Skills andQualifications:
    • Previous experience in amanagerial role, demonstrating leadership skills and the ability todrive a high-performance operations team to achieve desiredbusiness outcomes.
    • Excellent communication,interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability toconfidently discuss complex matters atC-Level.
    • Experience of both Direct and Indirectcustomer success and salesmodels.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a focuson achieving and exceeding revenuetargets.
    • Strong reporting and analyticalcapabilities.
    • Experience developing high impactstrategies to improve effectiveness and drive keymetrics.
    • Highly analytical and data-driven,with proven ability to use a deep understanding of business metricsto drive outcomes.
    • Process-oriented, with theability to simplify, automate, and improve team effectivenessthrough process improvements.
    • Ability to thrivein a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving marketconditions.
    • Domain experience in Public Sector,and Consulting Services SalesOperations.
    • Familiarity with selling intoGovernment sectors, with a strong understanding of governmentprocurement processes.
    • Experience usingGovernment procurement portals for bidding and proposalsubmission.
    • Proven ability to collaborate andinfluence the behaviour of customer success managers, salespersonnel, and senior management.
