Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to develop, implement, and refine the ICV strategy alignedwith company goals and countryregulations
Conduct market research andanalysis to identify opportunities for maximizing local content inprocurement, operations, and project
Buildcapacity and deliver training internally to support stakeholders tooperate their business or conduct tasks considering the impact onthe ICV score
Monitor compliance with local ICVrequirements and regulations
Cultivateperformance improvement vision, establishing KPIs, analyzingperformance and issuing recommendation or guideline forimprovement
Evaluate potential suppliers andvendors for their ICV contributions and work closely withprocurement team to identify and onboard vendors with strong localcontent capabilities
Ensure an accurate andtimely reporting to internal/external stakeholders capturing theright ICV score and drive the annual ICVaudit
Follow carefully any ICV changes whichmay impact the overall score of the entities in scope, workingclosely with local ICV partner and/or representing the company atindustry events, conference or forum related to ICV ifnecessary

Qualifications

University degree in Economics orrelated area
3-5 years previous experience inICV as a consultant, auditor or officer
Strongunderstanding of UAE ICV regulations, policies and best practicesis a must; other GCC country knowledge anasset
Experience in datareporting
Excellent analytical, communication,and stakeholder management skills
Provenability to work collaboratively in cross-functionalteams
Strong communicator/influencer able topresent idea, to concept to realization
Projectmanagement skills and strong office computerskills
Ability to deal with multiple taskssimultaneously and to prioritize
Fluent inEnglish, other language would be anadvantage
