    Description
    • Managing all brands frontend onboarding in Delivery Hero Kitchensregionally.
    • Responsible forthe Partner moving in the equipment and going live as per theagreed date.
    • Responsible foroff boarding brands from kitchens as per offboardingguidelines.
    • Single point ofcontact between Kitchen Operations and Kitchen Sales team forbetter communication.
    • Incase of delay in move in equipment by Partner, coordinate with theKitchen Sales team to findreplacement.
    • Owning andupdating the Partner Onboarding MasterSheet.
    • Sending weeklyupdates to all stakeholders on the vacant stalls, churn and newpartners goinglive.
    • Coordinate with thekitchen team namely: Sales, Operations, Growth and Project toinitiate brandonboarding.
    • Coordinate withthe Partner Brands to obtain documentary requirements for brandonboarding and all relevant documents required for trading (TradeLicense, Staff Permits, Health Cards, PIC,etc).
    • Coordinate with theKitchen Sales Team and Account Management for commercial accuracyand other concerns.
    • Ensuresthat all requirements and all required signatures are complete andsubmitted to Salesforce for brandonboarding.
    • Monitor theprogress of the submission to Salesforce and rectify thedeficiencies (if any) in a timely manner to ensure that theonboarding processes are progressing as required in the absence ofOnboardingAssociate.
    • Coordinate withthe external support team such as POS Content, Quality, Logisticson Menu Configuration along with Partners' POS Provider inthe absence of OnboardingAssociate.
    • Coordinate withthe logistics team for the provision of Talabat Device,Performing
    • Test Orders andbring the brand live in the absence of OnboardingAssociate.
