    Description

    What's OnYour Plate?

    • Managing all brands front endonboarding in Delivery Hero Kitchensregionally.
    • Responsible for the Partner movingin the equipment and going live as per the agreeddate.
    • Responsible for off boarding brands fromkitchens as per offboarding guidelines.
    • Singlepoint of contact between Kitchen Operations and Kitchen Sales teamfor better communication.
    • In case of delay inmove in equipment by Partner, coordinate with the Kitchen Salesteam to find replacement.
    • Owning and updatingthe Partner Onboarding Master Sheet.
    • Sendingweekly updates to all stakeholders on the vacant stalls, churn andnew partners going live.
    • Coordinate with thekitchen team namely: Sales, Operations, Growth and Project toinitiate brand onboarding.
    • Coordinate with thePartner Brands to obtain documentary requirements for brandonboarding and all relevant documents required for trading (TradeLicense, Staff Permits, Health Cards, PIC,etc).
    • Coordinate with the Kitchen Sales Teamand Account Management for commercial accuracy and otherconcerns.
    • Ensures that all requirements and allrequired signatures are complete and submitted to Salesforce forbrand onboarding.
    • Monitor the progress of thesubmission to Salesforce and rectify the deficiencies (if any) in atimely manner to ensure that the onboarding processes areprogressing as required in the absence of OnboardingAssociate.
    • Coordinate with the external supportteam such as POS Content, Quality, Logistics on Menu Configurationalong with Partners' POS Provider in the absence ofOnboarding Associate.
    • Coordinate with thelogistics team for the provision of Talabat Device,Performing
    • Test Orders and bring the brand livein the absence of Onboarding Associate.
    • Keeprecords of all signed contracts on all kitchens and make itavailable whenever required by the Kitchen OperationManagement.
    • Maintain and update excel sheets onBrand Onboarding Progress and share with Kitchen Managers andOperations Director in the absence of OnboardingAssociate.
    • Update Kitchen Dashboards (GSF) forall newly onboarded brands in the absence of Onboarding Associateas per GFS guidelines.
    • Prepare an onboardingupdate on a weekly basis and share it with the team during weeklyupdate calls.
