    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Designer to join our dynamic team. In the near future you will lead a team of talented designers, ensuring the successful execution of projects and the delivery of high-quality design solutions. If you are a visionary leader with exceptional design skills and a passion for innovation, we would love to hear from you.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement the overall design strategy, aligning with business goals and objectives.
    • Lead and manage a team of designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into innovative design concepts.
    • Oversee the creation and delivery of design projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
    • Ensure consistent branding and visual identity across all design assets.
    • Manage relationships with clients, understanding their design needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Review and provide feedback on design work, ensuring alignment with project objectives and brand guidelines.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Team Leader will be a plus.
    • Demonstrated expertise in graphic design, UX/UI design, motion design or related disciplines.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Proficiency in design software and tools(Figma is a must).
    • Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
