    Description

    What's onyour plate?

    • Handling, planning & liaisingwith internal and external teams to activatecampaigns;
    • Manage the day to day operations ofcontent production
    • Managing deliverables ofcontent across channels.
    • Working with managerto plan campaigns, which are aligned with the annualcalendar;
    • Constantly track trends, flag newones, and come up with relevant marketing campaignideas;
    • Constantly tracking and reporting costs,marketing spend and budgets.
    • Develop andimplement comprehensive 360-degree marketing campaigns acrossmultiple channels, including OOH, digital, social media, print, andevents.
    • Conduct in-depth market research,analyze industry trends, and identify new opportunities forcampaign initiation, optimization and customertargeting.
    • Utilize advanced analytics tomeasure campaign performance, derive actionable insights, andcontinuously optimize campaigns for maximumimpact.
    • Overcome challenges and developcreative solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness, reach targetaudiences, and drive desiredoutcomes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functionalteams, including growth marketing, creative, CRM, content, anddigital marketing, to ensure seamless execution and consistencyacross all channels.
    • Plan and manage thecampaign budget, ensuring effective allocation and optimization ofresources.
    • Monitor and analyze key campaignmetrics, providing regular reports and recommendations tostakeholders.
    • Foster strong relationships withinternal stakeholders, external partners, and agencies to drivesuccessful collaboration and campaigndelivery.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry bestpractices, emerging marketing trends, and innovative technologiesto drive continuous improvement and innovation within theteam.
    • Act as a mentor and provide guidance tojunior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration,learning, and growth.

    What you need to besuccessful

    Whatdid we order?

    • Minimum of 5 years of relevantexperience in marketing, and campaign management preferably in ane-commerce, F&b aggregator, or techcompany.
    • Expertise in understanding themarketing mix and campaign management.
    • Strongproject management and analyticalskills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonalskills.
    • A creative person with eye todetails
    • Comfortable working in a challengingenvironment.
    • Fluent in English (Arabic is aplus)
