    Qualifications:
    Hourly workers should be trained and developed on the job, and talent management for hourly workers should be supported.

    Preparing products for transit and inspecting incoming and leaving shipments.

    The data on the bill of lading, the invoices, or the orders, and the data on the arriving and outgoing items are compared to each other.

    It's important to make sure that things go from A to B. So, you will be in charge of the Rome Plant's production inventory. You will be in charge of the warehouse's stock for shipping and receiving.
    A computer or other electronic device used to input inventory data into an ERP system is highly recommended. Products are received and distributed. Take care of any necessary inventory modifications.

    Analyze data using a computer to determine the correctness of inventories in various locations and then make suitable decisions based on that information.

    Shipments and receipts will go more smoothly thanks to your attention to inventory management, correction of inconsistencies in transit, and resolution of reporting issues you encounter.

    Ensuring and enhancing all areas/shift reporting, including consumption and return reporting as well as K-LEAN compliance and improvement. Raw and packaged commodities will be balanced as you engage with plant financial staff.

    Counting inventories will also be part of your job (each SKU has different cycle count requirements)Managing quality hold inventory, collaborating with the Quality Supervisor, and ensuring that all outgoing and production orders have been post-goods issued and incoming orders have been post-goods received are all part of being organized at work.

    Food safety rules and hygienic conditions must be maintained at all times.

    Ships parcels, wooden crates, and boxes, Posts weights, shipping fees, and postage Examines incoming shipments, rejects broken products, notes shortfalls, and contacts shippers to correct them.

    Ensures timely ordering and delivery of all CPD Implants. Checks each item everyday and addresses any deficiencies. Communicates difficulties to the manager and assists with loaner implant kit requests as required. Guarantees prompt delivery of products. Creates simply a billing PO.

    Skills:
    There is a lot of physical activity involved with this work, including standing, walking, sitting, talking, and hearing. It is expected that the employee would often use their hands to manipulate and feel various types of items. The individual in this role must periodically move or hoist weights ranging from 50 to 100 pounds. They must be able to check goods and delivery documentation visually.
    Uses computer technology in inventory and operating room environments to demonstrate proficiency. Includes the ability to use a computer from the ground up. An intermediate level of typing and data entry. The ability to master the PS and EPIC software. Hand-held devices may be used to access and download purchase order data. Operation room supplies allow for the use of a mobile phone.
    Shows good oral and written English abilities. Professional, friendly, clear and concise. Build working connections with surgeons, anesthetic professionals, nurses, and other health care team members.
    You'll need a high school graduation or GED, as well as relevant work experience.

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or accountingIndividuals must be able to read and interpret documents such as product tickets and delivery documentation.

    This professional must possess the necessary communication skills to train warehouse delivery personnel on inventory.

    This position requires someone who is reliable, honest, and skilled and motivated to service clients in a timely and professional manner.
