    The Account management team mission is to establish and build scalable, healthy, long-term client relationships by solving direct clients' and agencies' challenges through scalable, best in class campaign services.

    Account Managers Team Leads have a holistic understanding about TikTok's ad products and are humble, dynamic, and open for change.

    You are joining a team of consultants and marketing and self service platform experts, who proactively drive the client's growth strategy, including upsells, renewals and campaign reactivations.


    Success in this position requires a focus on client service, the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and the ability to provide custom solutions for advertisers leveraging our unique ad product suite, a unique blend of technical and commercial knowledge.


    Responsibilities:
    Account Manager Team Lead will be hyper focused on all Growth verticals/industries. Working with XFN teams to build out best practices, playbooks, and vertical analyses for their clients and internal teams. He/She is the decision maker from his/her AM teams on process updates and product priorities.

    The AM Lead partners with his/her local/global counterparts to break new business and drive system updates on the platform to unlock revenue for his/her vertical.

    Using the influence and relationship-building skills, he/she provides TikTok-caliber client service, research and market analysis.

    He/She anticipates how decisions are made, persistently explores and uncovers the business needs of TikTok's key clients and translates that into solution driven offerings to grow the business.

    Leading from the front, he/she is a working mentor to the team, enabling the team to become a first class unit.


    • Vision: Vertical/Pods strategy & planning work with Sales lead on defining the focus for unit
    • Ownership: Deployment & Execution of strategy through CSMs, own the business
    • Product: Own PGA program, reporting & execution for all Pods
    • Learning: Measurement & Learning Agenda plan for vertical
    • Leadership: Lead from the front, coach and mentor the team

    Qualifications
     - Experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing, agency experience is a big plus

    • Experience managing small to midsize teams
    • Experience managing performance advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges
    • Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance
    • Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
    • Proficient in English & Arabic
