    Description

    Our client a leading luxuryoutdoor furniture company is looking for a Business DevelopmentExecutive to be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi UAE. In this role Theideal candidate will possess exceptional sales acumen a strongunderstanding of luxury consumer behavior and a proven track recordin business development within the luxury lifestyle or homefurnishings industry. Other responsibilities would include but notlimited to:

    • Market Penetration:Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand thecompanys market share and presence within the luxury outdoorfurniture sector targeting highend residential hospitality andcommercial projects.
    • ClientAcquisition: Develop and nurture relationships with architectsdesigners developers hospitality professionals and affluenthomeowners to generate leads qualify prospects and secure newbusiness partnerships.
    • SalesStrategy Execution: Implement strategic sales initiatives toachieve revenue targets including prospecting cold callingnetworking and conducting client presentations and productdemonstrations.
    • SolutionOrientedSelling: Understand client needs preferences and projectrequirements to recommend tailored solutions that showcase theunique features benefits and luxury appeal of our outdoor furniturecollections.
    • RelationshipManagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships withexisting clients providing exceptional service support and ongoingcommunication to ensure client satisfaction loyalty and repeatbusiness.
    • Collaborative Partnership:Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing designand operations to align business development efforts with companyobjectives leverage resources and deliver seamless customerexperiences.
    • Market Analysis andInsights: Conduct market research competitive analysis and trendforecasting to identify opportunities for product innovation marketdifferentiation and strategicpositioning.
    • Performance Trackingand Reporting: Monitor sales activities track key performanceindicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports and insights tosenior management to evaluate progress measure success and informstrategicdecisionmaking.

    Requirements

    Tobe considered you need to meet the followingrequirements:

    • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or relatedfield.
    • 3 years of experience insales and business development preferably within the luxurylifestyle home furnishings or outdoor livingindustry.
    • Proven track record ofexceeding sales targets and driving revenuegrowth.
    • Strong network of contactswithin the luxury residential hospitality and designindustries.
    • Exceptionalcommunication negotiation and interpersonalskills.
    • Selfmotivated resultsdrivenand customerfocused.
    • Ability totravel as needed to meet with clients attend industry events andexplore new markets.
