    Description
    • Own, develop and execute marketingstrategy on digital omni-channel to influence top of the funnelmetrics and drive organic growth
    • Enableplanning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaignsacross digital omnichannel including social media, displayadvertising and content marketing
    • Analyzecampaign performance metrics and provide insights to enhance futurestrategies
    • Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to ensure consistent digital IMCexecutions
    • Develop effective SEO strategies toimprove organic search rankings and increasetraffic
    • Collaborate with cross functional teamsto develop compelling and SEO friendly content for execution onvarious digital platform and optimize content for search engines toimprove organic visibility
    • Ensure that contentaligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audiencerelevant to each digital asset and executed within the digital IMCplans
    • Develop and manage external partnershipsfor Careem's digital marketingagenda
    • Monitor and report oncompetitors' digital and organic marketingactivities

    What You'llNeed

    • Bachelor's degree inmarketing/engineering with an MBA(preferred)
    • Minimum 8 years of experience in acombination of brand, digital marketing, segment & pricing,customer insights and agency management
    • Acombination of experience in various industries preferred ideallytelco, fintech and fmcg
    • 4-5 years of peoplemanagement experience is required
    • Experiencewith analytics i.e. pricing, segments, digital sales, research(preferred)
    • Highly analytical, strategicthinker with strong commercial acumen and a strong dataorientation
    • Growth-first mindset and ability towork with marketing, pricing, product and brandteams
    • Exceptional stakeholder management andcommunication skills
    • Fast learner and agile ina dynamic role, business, and market
    • Humble andhungry to learn something new; curiosity to do what has not beendone before to set the bar on experience, customer service, andinnovation in the market
    • Strong projectmanagement skills; ability to deliver on multifaceted projects withmany stakeholders
