    Description
    Job ContextThe key challenge ofthe position is to support the achievement of company objectiveswhile safeguarding employees interests and entitlements.
    Key ResultAreas1) Develop and lead the implementation of Governance Strategyacross the Compensation & Benefits HR Analytics SharedServices and Process Excellence functions that is aligned to EKFCsbusiness strategy to support the overarching goal of a highfunctioning delivery driven HR department.2) Provide operationalleadership in the design development implementation andcommunication of all C&B programs HR policies and practicesHR analytics and Shared Services to ensure they remain sustainablescalable and have an impact on the long and shortterm performanceof the organization.3) Oversee the identification and support tothe business with accurate HR analytics to influence decisionmaking and monitor business impact and effectiveness.4) Responsiblefor the overall design and successful delivery of HR transactionalprocesses and drive continuous process improvement in the scope ofservices provided to the business.5) Maintain detailed knowledge ofindustry trends best practices and government legislation factoringin the impact to effectively recommend tactical or strategicchanges where required to ensure EKFCs compensation and benefitsare competitive and in compliance with the relevant regulation.6)Develop and motivate the team to improve team performance andenhance capability by instilling a strong team member focusedmindset to ensure adherence to policies governance and delivery ofan exceptional experience to employees at all levels.7) Manage theHRProcess Excellence function to continuously improve HR processesby identifying areas for improvement developing and implementingimprovement plans and measuring the impact of those improvements.
    Ensure relevant changes/updates are communicated and embeddedthrough training and coaching throughout the organisation.
    Upholdorganisational success through proactive HR governance ensuringcompliance best practices and strategic alignment.
    Knowledge Skills& Minimum ExperienceEducation QualificationBachelors degreein Human Resources Business Administration or similar isrequired.

    Work Experience Minimum nine (9) years of experience inhuman resource management Functional knowledge of HR centres ofexcellenceCompetencies Peoplecentric approach with a sense offairness transparency appropriate level of empathy and compassion.

    Resilience to deal with challenging situations and the ability towork through challenges in a constructive and positivemanner.
