    Responsible for leading theidentification, evaluation, and analysis of technology risks.Develops recommendations on the mitigation and resolution of risksto comply with company, legal, and regulatory requirements. Leadsand mentors employees and manages hiring decisions. Reports thestatus of risk-related activities tomanagement.

    Develops and coaches'teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, andeffectively manages risk within the teams youoversee.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversees the remediation of controlissues and action items. Collaborates with action item owners toensure issues are resolved.
    • Oversees andassists with risk assessments and control testing. Leads theBusiness Unit Testing Managementactivities.
    • Provides reports to management andoperations risk teams on compliance, security, and other riskefforts.
    • Establishes and maintains policies,standards, risks, controls, andprocedures.
    • Manages risk and controlassessments. Oversees risk control reviews and assessrisks.
    • Oversees policy training, compliancemonitoring, reporting, and escalations.

    MinimumQualifications

    Ata minimum, here's what weneed from you:

    • Bachelor's Degree inBusiness, Risk, Computer Science
    • 6+ years ofexperience in Risk Analyst, Compliance, ProjectManagement
    • In lieu of a degree, 8+ years ofexperience in Risk Analyst, Compliance, ProjectManagement
