    Description
    CCDS, a leading provider of information technology and cybersecurity solutions, is seeking an experienced IT Technical Sales Executive & Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing customer accounts, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and support. As an IT Technical Sales Executive & Account Manager at CCDS, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, delivering cutting-edge solutions that address their unique business needs. This is a challenging and rewarding position for individuals who thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.

    Job Responsibilities & Activities
    • Drive sales and achieve sales targets by identifying and closing business opportunities
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new customers
    • Understand customer requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs
    • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
    • Stay updated with industry trends and developments
    • Provide technical support and guidance to customers
    • Assist with post-sales support and issue resolution

    Requirements

    • Experience in cybersecurity solutions is highly desirable
    • Great spoken and written English language skills
    • 2 : 3 years of UAE market experience in selling IT solutions, especially in Cybersecurity
    • Proven track record in IT sales and account management
    • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
    • Strong technical background with a solid understanding of IT solutions and services
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
    • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field

    The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving targets and a solid understanding of reporting and the sales cycle.
