    Description
    • Formulate brand plan and proposevarious marketing strategies in accordance to corporate policy forestablishing the Hospital brand.
    • Develop andimplement SEO and PPC strategies
    • Create andmanage link building strategies, content marketing strategies, andsocial media presences.
    • Maintains regulatoryrequirements, including all mandatory entity requirements, JCIA,JAWDA, ADHICS, OSHMS Standards and DOHregulations.
    • Innovate and present new marketingplatforms and strategies.
    • Develop engagingonline content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, andblogs; monitor and analyze contentsuccess.
    • Forecast marketing campaign growth andROI for marketing campaigns.
    • Manage email andsocial media marketing campaigns.
    • Contact,interview, and hire third party graphic designers, web designers,and videographers to create unique and engagingcontent.
    • Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords,and other relevant sites.
    • Develop and manageprojects and team members, including delegating tasks, reviewingteam member work, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget,developing and revising ideas, and implementingprojects.
    • Keep abreast of new social mediasites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implementthese new technologies in developing campaigns and update currentcampaigns to include new information.
    • Conductmarket visits in the region in order to keep all parties informedof key trade and competitordevelopments.
    • Assist in the distribution,pricing and promotional strategies in coordination with the GeneralManager.
    • Follow up closely on theplans' implementation, schedule and activities in allconcerned markets.
    • Organize, attend events, andexhibitions and evaluate marketingcampaigns.
    • Analyzing the features and potentialuses of specific services to determine a set of benefits thattarget a specific group of patients.
    • Ensurecooperation and dedication of effective implementation of Abu DhabiOSHMS Regulatory Framework within DOH Sector and coordinate withrelevant accrediting bodies and on other issuesrelated.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor'sDegree with MBA in Marketing or a relatedfield.
    • At least five (5) yearsrelevant experience in Digital Marketing or an equivalentcombination of relevant education.
    • Demonstrated ability tointeract with variety of people at all levels in theorganization
    • Ability to adapt to the UAEcustoms and culture
