    Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p>

    • Carry
      out advanced diagnostics and resolve complex issues in engines,
      transmissions, drivetrains, suspension, and electrical/electronic systems.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Carry
      out in -depth repairs using OEM and aftermarket diagnostic tools.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Interpret
      wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and service bulletins to identify and
      resolve issues.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Support
      sanity inspections and conduct quality checks before releasing vehicles.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Collaborate
      with service advisors to provide accurate repair timelines and cost
      estimates.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Train,
      guide, and mentor junior technicians in repair methods and workshop
      practices.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Ensure
      all repairs meet safety, quality, and manufacturer standards.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Keep
      updated with the latest automotive technologies, software, and repair
      procedures.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Maintain
      a safe, organized, and efficient workshop environment.<\/span>

      Requirements<\/h3>

      Skills and Qualifications:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p>

      • Minimum
        years of experience in multi -brand diagnostics and repair.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Strong
        knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems across various brands.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Proficiency
        with OEM and aftermarket diagnostic tools.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Excellent
        problem -solving, analytical, and technical skills.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Strong
        leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Ability
        to work independently in a fast -paced environment.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Diploma/Degree
        in Automotive Engineering or equivalent certification.<\/span>
