    Description

    Job description: Digital Performance Marketing & Events(Bi -Lingual (Arabic & English)

    This role encompasses the entire plan and process management for online and on ground lead generation end -to -end. Complete media management online for driving the brand and leads.

    • Analyze and understand viral potential of the business and build growth strategies for each target market / customer on all the online platforms i.e., Google & FB and other online platforms.
    • Analyze, strategize, develop, execute, and oversee the entire conversion funnel.
    • Work closely with our in-market RMs in Meta and Google to further reduce CAC and increase LTV using innovative / unique / new / untested strategies.
    • Conduct A/B testing programs with a focus on increasing and improving conversion.
    • Implement performance marketing strategies for targeting and re-targeting.
    • Handle CRM dashboards and data team and ensure correct/logical data queries for reporting, ROI's, ROAS etc.
    • End-to-end process of implementing growth initiatives in terms of targeting, lead generation, conversions.

    · Ensure budget is spent across performance channels efficiently.

    • Co-ordinate web, graphic and content team for landing pages. Co-ordinate with graphics and copy for output for brand campaign as well as lead campaign adaptations.
    • Work with other internal functions to build new business opportunities, i.e sales for inputs and USP's ops and any other team to drive results.
    • Report findings to senior stakeholders and ensure KPIs are defined and delivered.
    • Daily, weekly, and Monthly and adhoc reports requirement for the organization.

    · Website Analytics (mostly in Google Analytics).

    · Keyword Research skills.

    · Experience working on a Performance Media (SEM and Social) strategy.

    · Deep knowledge of SEO

    CPL: Referral Partnership Collaborations for lead generation

    o Approaching digital agencies for lead gen

    o Creating MOUs

    o Relationship management

    o Leads follow-up with consultants.

    CRM & MIS

    Lead Allocation leads quality check, new user creation, new lead status updates, new features implementation (if any), Generating weekly report from CRM. CRM familiarity is highly desirable.

    Have the ability to manage media/offline and on ground to raise the brand and on ground lead generation.

    Team

    A part of the 10-member marketing team, you will report to the HOD, and have an SEO Executive reporting into you. Matrix working with web, graphic and copywriters.

    The Successful Applicant:

    • Has a minimum of 3-4 years' experience in a growth performance marketing function.
    • Languages : English & Arabic .
    • Is proficient in the various platforms and programs required within a growth function.
    • Is detail oriented and organized.
    • Is data-driven and analytical.
    • Is entrepreneurial and a team player who can efficiently align with other functions to drive results.
    • Cognizant of the region and its nuances in terms of marketing.
    • Can handle other aspects from time to time as per the requirements of the marketing division.
