    How You'll Make an Impact

  • Implement the Integrated Quality Management System
  • Conduct Internal Quality Audits, initiate and monitor improvements.
  • Drive Non-Conformance Cost (NCC) reduction / avoidance initiatives
  • Facilitate Root Cause Analysis / Corrective / Preventive Actions
  • Prepare and distribute Quality Reports based on KPIs.
  • Facilitate monthly quality improvement meetings based on the area KPI's.
  • Support Cost Awareness initiatives.
  • Map processes, update, simplify and support digitalization.
  • Customer survey management, improvements and follow up.
  • Provide/ organize training for relevant topics.

    • What you Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related
  • The candidate needs to be self-driven with a mindset to drive improvements.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field is desired.
  • Prior experience or qualification in following areas

    • i. Quality Management

    ii. Lean / Six Sigma /

    iii. Internal Quality Audits
