    Description

    Overview Of TheRole

    We are currently lookingfor competent & performance driven ServiceAdvisor to work with our team inToyota Dubai service centers. ServiceAdvisors are the first contact for customers in the Workshop, theyare the image builder for the Service Department and present apicture of faith andconfidence.

    What You WillDo

    • AskQuestion and record customer requests withoutdelay
    • Collect accurate symptoms of complaintsfrom the customer for quick resolutions atworkshop.
    • Empathize and clarify customerrequests.
    • Check workshop situation and promisedelivery time.
    • Check and ensure accordance ofinvoice and work performed.
    • Inform customerafter work completion and agree pick uptime.
    • Clear explanation of the job done andinvoice and guide to the cashier.
    • Promotion ofvalue added services
    • Resolution of Customerconcerns at the earliest time and ensures satisfaction.

    Required Skills To BeSuccessful

    • Minimum of 3 to 5 years'experience as a Service Advisor in an automotivedealership.
    • Technical knowledge providesup-to-date technical information in response to customerinquiries.
    • Excellent customer service, willingto go the extra mile.
    • Strong Englishcommunications skills, Arabic speaker an addedadvantage

    About TheTeam

    The role will report tothe Reception Manager and you will be working in a busy workshopenvironment wherein you will be dealing directly with WorkshopSupervisor, Controller, Foreman & Technicians in a dailybasis.

    What Equips You For TheRole

    • Diploma or Degree in Technical school/ Certificate/ Diploma in Automobile / MechanicalEngineering
    • Minimum of 3 to 5 years'experience in the automotive industry or similarrole.
    • A broad based knowledge to service as areliable consultant is essential for thisrole.
