    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Key Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading corporate gifts company. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building strong relationships with clients and driving the growth of our corporate gifts business.     Key Responsibilities:

    1. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients industry trends and competitive offerings.
    • Analyze market data to develop strategies for business growth and market penetration.
  • Client Acquisition:
    • Identify and target potential clients in various industries for corporate gifting solutions.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand the customer base.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Develop longterm partnerships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
    • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and client engagement.
    • Negotiate and close deals with clients ensuring profitable outcomes for both parties.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Stay updated on the companys product offerings and industry trends.
    • Provide clients with indepth information on our corporate gifts customization options and valueadded services.
  • Marketing Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns to promote corporate gift solutions.
    • Provide valuable insights for the development of marketing materials and promotional activities.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance market trends and client feedback.
    • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and strategic adjustments.
  • Networking:
    • Attend industry events conferences and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay informed about industry developments.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
    • Proven experience in business development sales or a related role.
    • Strong understanding of the corporate gifts industry and market dynamics.
    • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
    • Resultsdriven and able to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.


    Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Strong understanding of the corporate gifts industry and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. Results-driven and able to meet and exceed sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
