• Qualifications:
• Over 10 years of Structural Engineering experience infabrication.
• Bachelor of Science inEngineering from an ABETaccredited program.
• Proficient in Revit AutoCAD RAM Structural System and SAP2000.
• Responsibilities:
• Conduct structural analysis and design for new andrehabilitative projects.
• Prepare technicalreports construction drawings and specifications.
• Attend design meetings and site inspections collaboratingwith clients and partners.
• Interact andcollaborate with inhouse drafters and engineers.
• Design diverse structures including buildings retainingwalls and wastewater treatmentplants.
• AdditionalRequirements:
• S.E. certification is preferred.
• Experience in ETABS is desirable.
• 10years of experience in structural analysis and designpreferred.
• Management andLeadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of designers fostering a creativeand collaborative work environment.
• Plan andprioritize design projects ensuring successful execution withindeadlines and budget constraints.
• Develop andimplement design strategies aligned with branding and businessgoals.
• QualityAssurance and IndustryKnowledge:
• Ensure all tender documentation meets requirements andstandards.
• Conduct cost estimation obtain bidsand coordinate with vendors and subcontractors.
• Stay updated on professional knowledge through workshopspublications and industry participation.
• Contribute to team effort by achieving related resultsmaintaining continuity and following organizationalstandards.
