    Description
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with position.
    • Lead branding, advertising, digital marketing, public relations, event management, and market research activities.
    • Manage the marketing budget and resources efficiently, focusing on ROI.
    • Build and maintain relationships with media, external partners, stakeholders, and the investment community.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public speaking engagements.
    • Direct the marketing team, providing guidance and mentorship to achieve departmental goals.
    • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with experience in a publicly listed company being highly desirable.
    • Strong preference for candidates with relevant experience in the UAE or GCC region and fluency in Arabic.
    • Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies in alignment with a company's public listing.
    • Familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency markets, or a strong willingness to develop expertise in these areas.
    • Experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing.
    • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Creative mindset with an ability to conceive innovative marketing strategies.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
