    We are looking for an EUC ComputingEngineer (L2) to support the business in achieving its strategicThe End-user Computing Engineer (L2) is in the mid-level positionin the EUC Engineers job family and is proactive in identifying,investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems andrestoring service to clients by managing incidents to Their primaryobjective is to ensure zero missed service level agreement

    Inthis role you will:

    • Respond to user requests for service;troubleshoot incidents and problems, develop solutions; make minorrepairs to equipment and arrange for other service needs asappropriate
    • Able to troubleshoothardware/software issues with laptops andtablets
    • Knowledge of AD, AAD & Windows10,11
    • InventoryManagement
    • Deskside and white glove supportexperience
    • Knowledge of Intune would be a big
    • Manage the day-to-day incidents and servicerequests resolving them promptly utilizing the ITSM tool ofrecord
    • Install and support Microsoft Officeapplications and Office 365 software and additional approved, asneeded, software
    • Perform basic PC, network, andmobility troubleshooting
    • Support with creating,editing, and maintaining user accounts, permissions, and passwordsin
    • Ability to work with Service Delivery andL3 Senior Engineers to solve the incident/request and interpretcomplex solutions and
    • Ability to identifyproblems and proactively suggest ways to improve processes asapplicable
    • Contribute to Knowledge Base contentin line with writing styles and contentguidelines
    • Create / Maintain / appropriate UserGuides and publish updates as needed

    The skills we would love to see in yoursuitcase

    • Diploma orDegree in engineering, computer science, or scientific disciplinefrom a recognized university or
    • Good workingknowledge in Microsoft modern workplace and
    • Must have good knowledge of Azure AD andrelated
    • Good knowledge of network concepts (,TCPIP, Windows/Mac Networking, Wireless, Ethernet) Specialisttechnical experience, ideally within a Desktop support role ofwhich at least 2 years must be in a support
    • 1to 3 years of experience providing onsite and/or remote technicalsupport to end-users in PC and Mac
    • ITILExperience, Skills and BehaviouralRequirements
    • Ability to work in a teamenvironment or
    • Provides resolutions to avariety of technical problems of moderate scope and
    • Communicates clearly with technical andnon-technical audiences, both verbally and
